Shipping & Returns


Orders placed by 11am ET will be delivered in the contiguous U.S. within 7 business days for most in-stock merchandise. In the event of a delay, you will be notified by e-mail. Orders may be shipped by a variety of carriers, and items ordered together may not be shipped together.

Museumshoppers.com will fulfill orders using USPS Prority Mail.

Items fulfilled by Affiliate Vendors will ship separately and may incur a separate per item fee. Affiliate vendors may drop ship via UPS, FEDEX or USPS. Expedited delivery is generally not available for these items.

Shipments to P.O. Boxes will be sent via Parcel Post.

  • For Alaska, Hawaii, and other U.S. territories, expedited rates apply.
  • Some oversized items require an additional shipping surcharge as noted on the product page, which should be added to the base shipping charge.

The Following Schedule of rates applies based on total dollar amount of the order:

$0- $19.99:  $7.00

$20- $39.99: $9.00

$40- $59: $12.00

$60- $79: $14.00

$80- $109: $16.00

$110- $149: $18.00

$150+ : $20.00



Expedited delivery is available on a product by product basis.

Museumshoppers.com offers expedited delivery for an additional charge of approximately $15 per address.

Museumshoppers.com guarantees delivery within 4 business days or sooner if this option is chosen.

Expedited orders placed by 11am ET will be delivered in the contiguous U.S. within 4 business days for most in-stock merchandise. We cannot offer express delivery to P.O. Boxes.


Museumsoppers.com does not offer international shipping at this time.

Your satisfaction is our goal. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the merchandise within 30 days for an exchange or refund in the form of original payment. The item returned must be in its original packaging in salable condition.

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your merchandise arrives damaged, please contact Customer Service immediately.

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. 

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

For prompter service please contact the customer service email or number below to notify us of the pending return.

Safely seal the items and return the package via UPS or insured Parcel Post to the origin address on your original package.

Museumshoppers.com/Online Cultural Commerce LLC will not accept returns for items drop-shipped from other vendors, at our warehouse in NY.

Please be sure to return items to the origin address, contact us if you are uncertain of where to send the item.
